Duck Duck Goose and Company wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. If not, please contact us either by phone or email and we will respond as soon as possible. 

We respect your privacy and will not share or sell your personal information.  Your order information is kept completely confidential.

Shipping
For the duration of the holiday season, shipments will go out either UPS Ground, Priority Mail, or FedEx to make the Dec 23, 2006 shipments.
Shipping and Handling Flat Fee of $6.95 will be added to all orders under $60.00. We offer free shipping for orders $60.00 and up. If there is a return, customer will be responsible for return shipping charges. Expect 3-4 working days for your order delivery. We ship to the 48 continuous states in the United States. Duck Duck Goose and Company does not ship to P.O. Box addresses or APO/FPO.

Upon notification of your payment from PayPal, your order will be processed for shipment. All item sizes advertised are in stock.  Should an item ever be temporarily out of stock or discontinued, Duck Duck Goose and Co. will notify you by email or phone.  In the event an item be back ordered we will leave it to your discretion to hold the entire order or send partial shipment.

* Keep in mind all items are uniquely packaged and require no gift wrap, their presentation alone makes a statement and they're truly original!

Returns and Exchanges
Duck Duck Goose and Company will only offer a refund provided merchandise is returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging within 7 days after you have received your shipment. Customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.  If you are not satisfied with your purchases you must contact DDG immediately to obtain RMA# and provide the reason for return.
